Ductless mini split system installation
In comparison to conventional heating & air conditioning systems mini splits installation is easy. Installing ductwork for a central air conditioning system is difficult and time consuming. Instead, with a mini split air conditioning system all you need to do is drill a small hole in the wall for the conduit. In addition, manufacturers of these systems have a variety of different indoor unit types to fit each room and different floor plans.
There are also many installation options. The outside unit does not need to be right next to the house to operate. It can be up to 50 even 100 feet away from the indoor evaporator depending on the system. There is also much less energy loss with a mini split system than you get with standard ductwork. In addition, you can place the mini split indoor unit just about anywhere in your home.
Since no ductwork is required, installation is simple. fast & efficient. There is no need to use up window space or cut large openings in existing walls, which could undermine the integrity of your structure, and even pose security risks. Since the Rotary compressor is located in the outdoor unit, compressor operating noise is virtually eliminated from the indoors.
