I wanted to express my great satisfaction with my new windows, which you
installed last fall. My
primary motivation in ordering these windows was to reduce the utility bills,
which had been extremely high. Now
that winter is upon us, I have seen a huge reduction (50-60%) in my PG&E
bill. I am one of those folks who
financed the windows and the reduction in the bill far exceeds my monthly
payment. Your prediction that the
energy-efficiency of your windows would offset payments has indeed proved true.
I
am also extremely pleased with the appearance of the windows, both inside and
out. They are a tremendous
aesthetic improvement that I enjoy on a daily basis and, as a financial
improvement, I will eventually obtain a tax benefit as well.
As an added benefit, I am truly amazed by the reduction in outside noise.
On
a more personal level, I wanted to commend your installers for an excellent job.
I was very impressed with their professionalism.
Their attention to detail was remarkable, and I could not have been
happier with their pleasant attitudes. Regrettably,
I cannot recall the names of the crew members but I hope your records will
reflect the specific employees who did the job.
They deserve to be commended. The
crew supervisor was particularly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of the
installation was completed in a superior fashion.
I would like to add that this supervisor, absent any request on my part,
took it upon himself to replace some closet doors that had come off the tracks.
Talk about going the extra mile!
In
closing, I want to mention that I was at a social gathering some weeks ago and
happened to meet a salesperson for one of your competitors.
The subject of my windows came up and, when I told him how pleased I was,
he said, "I bet you got them from Werner & Sons".
Could there be a better tribute to your company and product?

Dear George:
Michele and I would like to express our appreciation to you and Werner & Sons
for the recent installation of our Amana heating and air conditioning unit.
Many
companies make great claims regarding their products and services.
More often than not, most companies over-sell their products and services
and under-deliver on either or both.
In our case, fortunately, you were true to your word and provided both as
promised.
Our
situation must have been unique.
Despite rain, mud, cold, and unexpected discoveries, the job was completed as
promised and in sterling fashion.
Please
extend our appreciation and gratitude particularly to the service crew: Tony,
Brian, and Bill. They were
professional, courteous, respectful, and most of all displayed patience and a
"super positive, can do" attitude, all without cursing or cigarette butts on the
premises afterward.
Their
hard work got us into a true "comfort" zone.
It is so nice to have our heat and air system working again.
Certainly every crew must have their good days and their bad days. However, given this job's circumstances, our job could have
turned any good crew into a beast, but not these guys!
Our
thanks also to you for professionalism and honesty in both the sale and
follow-ups. We have developed
confidence in Werner & Sons thanks to you.
Also, please thank Pat, your older brother, for coming out on his day off
to finish our hookup after the county final inspection.

You
guys are Awesome!! Every step from beginning to final step has been
nothing short of Superior. I am impressed with the professionalism of the
company, as well as your strive for excellence! I have a 23 year old home
that I purchased 4 ½ years ago. When I purchased this home with older
double pane windows, it was rated as energy efficient, but I was never
able to keep a steady temperature without the heat/air pump kicking in
every hour or so. (this is a new unit) The drafts and heat transfer from
the windows were ridiculous!! Needless to say, I called Tom who was very
friendly and courteous in his manner. He answered every question I had
and offered more information than I would have ever thought I should have
known. Tom wanted to be sure that I was secure in my decision to purchase
and was well informed in this decision. I am impressed!
Well,
now I have had total window replacement done and a couple French doors
installed. I am not kidding when I tell you that I was amazed beyond my
wildest expectations at the difference in comfort level of my home now!!
The
first week was the last heat wave of the summer and temps were in the 90’s
all week, I kept the house closed up, and I kid you not, my home never
reached above the 76 degrees inside! Without the air conditioner on! In
the weeks prior to the install, I had to run the air everyday by mid
morning. We would wake up to a warm house! Now we are having cold
nights…I keep the heater at 64 at night and 67 all day, the pump only
runs once at night and a little in the morning!!! Our home is comfy and
actually feels warmer!
I
consider myself a very happy, comfortable customer!!! I have already sent
1 referral and intend to get the good word out there!!

Dear Steve:
A
salesman can promise anything to gain a sale but the proof of those promises
only becomes evident after the buyer receives the product.
My purchase may have begun with the sale but it wasn't completed until
the installation was complete.
I'd
like to tell you how pleased I am with the quality of work performed by two of
your craftsman, Nate and Andy.
Their representation of Werner & Sons was without a doubt the
finishing touch in my purchase of Royal windows for my home.
This represents a sizable investment for my home and as I watched them
install my windows my worry and doubt about making a good choice changed to one
of confidence and joy that I had made an excellent choice in both product and
installation.
Not
only were they confident, efficient, courteous and professional but they
tolerated my questions with good humor and helped to educate me as to why my
windows were a good choice for my home. Nothing
about their work even suggested that they were trying to cut corners either
monetarily or in the time needed to do the job right.
They were always asking if I was happy and pleased with the installation,
making sure that it was my judgment and not theirs that was the final approval
of the installation.
A
salesman may make the sale but it is the installers that make the referrals.
Customers may talk about their purchase but it is only after the installation
that they talk about how happy or disappointed they are with their purchase.

I
can’t even put into words the customer service I received from Werner &
Sons. The customer service I received from the receptionist to the sales
representative down to the installers was incredible. I would compare
your customer service to Nordstrom. The receptionists were so friendly
and helpful, the sales representative was very informative, and the
installers were just courteous and polite. I was very impressed when I
came home while the installers were there on how they stopped everything
introduced themselves and went back to work.
As
for my windows, I love the look and couldn’t believe how much noise they
tune out. Going from a single pane window to a double pane makes a big
difference. I’m so glad that Bruce recommended for me to stop by the
showroom. It really helps to see the windows your thinking of ordering on
display rather than looking at a brochure.
I’ve
recommended a few friends to Werner & Sons. They chuckle when I tell them
to ask for the first Bruce Willis.

Through lightning, thunder and driving rain, most installers would have
packed it in and called it a day…but not Nate and Pat! These men started
work at 9 a.m. and completed their job at about 9:30 p.m. Nate and Pat
did not complain about the weather delay but cheerfully took everything in
stride and worked!
Werner & Sons is fortunate to have such dedicated craftsmen and
professionals but ultimately, we, the customers are the fortunate ones.
Nate and Pat did a super job on our new spectacular windows and we truly
appreciate their hard work, knowledge and wonderful attitude. We cannot

Dear
Werner & Sons,
I
wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with the new sliding glass door
you installed on Saturday, September 11th.
I am
very happy with the appearance of the window. We get a lot of sun peering
through the sliding door and shortly after the door was installed, I could
instantly feel the difference because of the Low-e. Also, the living room
is much cooler and adds real character to the room. I love walking down
the stairs and looking at my new window.
On a
more personal note, I want to commend your installers Andy and Jesus for
an excellent job. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Their
attention to every detail of the job was incredible and I could not have
been happier with their friendly and upbeat attitudes. Especially, since

can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are with the beautiful bay windows
your company installed this month in our living room and dining room.
They are far prettier than we ever imagined. We really appreciate the
help that Bruce gave us when we were selecting the glass. The etched
glass really enhances the front of our home, The bay windows make a
remarkable difference.
We
were told that Nate was a craftsman, that certainly was a true statement.
The windows were so beautifully finished. He took great care. The
workmanship is outstanding. Our son, who is a carpenter specializing in
cabinets and finishing, stained the woodwork for us. He also agreed that
the woodwork was expertly installed, Nate also made sure that everything
was well protected and spotlessly cleaned when he left. His manner was
very professional.
We
are very happy with the way we were treated, from beginning to end, and
wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to our friends, In fact,
several neighbors stopped by to comment on the change in our house and to
ask who did the work, When it comes time to replace our other windows, I

To whom it may concern:
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your
company, windows, George, and the dynamic duo Nate and Andy.
George was very knowledgeable about the windows and allowed us to ask all the
questions we could think of. He
helped us fill out our application for SMUD financing and was a pleasure to work
with.
In a couple of weeks we were called about the final measurements for the
window order and the man, sorry I can't recall his name, was very professional
and seemed thorough. Our windows
were ordered and in about one month they arrived and we were called by Tom to
schedule the installation.
This morning Andy and Nate arrived on time with the windows and wasted no time
getting right to work. I was
impressed at the candor between the two of them and how they seemed to
compliment each other's skills.
They worked like a well-trained team and did a marvelous job while being fun to
have around. I felt very
comfortable and trusted them from the beginning through the entire day until
completion.
They even made light of the fact that one window was the wrong size,
OOPS! Oh well accidents happen they said and that they would install all the
rest and reorder the bad one, not to worry!
The finished product is remarkable and two neighbors have already been over to
see them. One took Nate's card and
said they will call for an estimate.
Thanks once again for your great job and I look forward to seeing the guys again
in three weeks with the last window.
